Our refund policies (terms and conditions) and allied details are as below:

Business model

Our Business model is based on Mudarabah, whereby one party is investor and the other party is worker. The worker utilizes the investment of investor in business and generates profit. The profit is shared with each on agreed percentage. Here in our scenario we are not only worker but also investor since our investment is also circulating in the business.

The Profit is shared as 50 – 70 % to investors. Currently average of 60% is being shared with investors.

The loss (if God forbid happens) is shared at the same percentage as stated above. However in Cars Business the loss usually does not happen.

The profits generated during the month are re-circulated into the business to maximize profit by the end of the month.

At the end of the month, the profit accumulated is calculated and its 60% share is distributed amongst investors based on their proportion of investment compared to total investment of all investors.

Every investor can see their profits from their accounts that are normally updated on 1st of each month.

Business details

We invest money mainly in new cars. The cars are booked at showrooms of Suzuki, Honda, Toyota and Hyundai and sold at market profit rates. Besides car, we also invest in Bikes and Loader Rickshaws.

Profit withdrawal

Profit can be withdrawn after 1st of each month once it is updated into the account. If not withdrawn the profit is automatically added in to the already invested amount.

Refund policy

Any investor can opt for withdraw of investment on any day from his account dashboard. Investment is refunded to provided account in minimum possible time, normally it takes 1 to 7 bank working days. Refunding is made on high priority.

If cars delivery is delayed and all amount is invested in cars then refund will be made after cars delivery and sale.

If withdraw amount is higher than the amount recovered by sale of last month cars then amount will be refunded in proportion to amount recovered by sale e.g. if cars worth Rs. 20 lacs are sold out of total 100 lacs invested then 20% of your total invested amount will be refunded, and further investment will be refunded after sales of next cars and so on and your complete investment will be refunded when last car is sold out.

If withdraw request is posted in the same month after investing amount, the profit is provided for the number of days investment had remained with us.

Profits are posted into accounts on 1st of each month.

The profit can be withdrawn after 1st of each month.

Important:

Fair withdraw policy is applicable that means if you have made a withdraw today, you can post next withdraw after 2 months (normal delivery time period for car)
